BOLD NEW HD PLAN ANNOUNCED, MASSIVE CHANGE COMING TO REGION
The Regional Government today released its new planning and development guide, marketed as BoldNewHD. The plan has worked to create new areas specified for various types of development, including entertainment venues, a new central business district, new greenspace and parkland, shopping and dedicating space towards a future university. The plan consists of public, private and public-private-partnerships (PPPs). The plan also announced new planning regulations, land use for future housing and commercial + industrial development and a new transportation plan. The region has stated that "this project will lead Holt District into the future."

TOWN OF KUHAN CREATEDThe former Township of Northwest Holt was officially re-incorporated as the Town of Kuhan on December 20th, following the November Referendum. The newly-formed town's temporary logo is displayed above. The Township of Saltfield is expected to be re-incorporated in early January.
